Are there any age restrictions in this park?

No. This is an all-ages RV Park.

Do you have any RV age restrictions?

We do not have age restrictions at this time. All RVs must be in good condition, properly tagged, licensed, and insured. Please see park rules and regulations for more information. Although we don’t have size restrictions, not every space can support larger RVs. Please see park management for details.

Are pets welcome?

Pets are welcome. Generally, however, due to space constraints, you may only have two pets that are 30 lbs or under. Animals with a history of aggressive behavior and/or vicious breeds are also restricted.

Wifi & Cable TV
Wifi and Cable TV are provided by Charter, Spectrum. Please contact Charter to setup service once you are assigned your RV space.
Mail Delivery
Mail delivery and USPS package delivery are very limited. We suggest purchasing a Private or USPS official PO Box in North Bend or Coos Bay.
What is your move in criteria?

Please contact the park managers for the full criteria. The short version is we do a full credit and criminal background check on all applicants age 18+. We look for a credit score of 625 or higher, Limited collections, and a solid rental history. Income should exceed three times the monthly space rent per month.

What are your lease terms?

Leases offered are 1-year, 6-month, and month-to-month. 30-day notice or more is required in writing to end any tenancy. See RV Site Inquiry for rates and availability.

Is there a security deposit?
No, a security deposit is not required, but you will be required to pay a full month’s rent at move-in. If moving in mid month, the prorated rent will be applied to the second month.
